Ginger Bay is a small apartment complex located at the north-eastern end of the Crane beach on the south-eastern coast of Barbados in the parish of St. Philip.  Access to the beach is via steps on the cliff front or via the private locked entrance on the property just to the south of Unit 7.  The famous Crane Beach Resort with its numerous restaurants and shops, is just a short walk away.  The property is about 10 minutes' drive both from the airport and from Six Cross Roads with its shopping, banking and medical facilities.

The communal area is very spacious with a large pool and deck with covered gazebos.  There is also a large communal laundry room.  A tennis court is located on the opposite side of the parking area near the entrance to the property.
